Marisia began her career in financial advertising and printing before making the jump into the family construction business when her father began building a house. She went to site every day and learned about the construction process from the ground up, and its what gives her the edge over other property inspectors … The desire to get involved from day 1.
Over the past 10 years, Marisia has amassed a vast property inspection experience and provides her clients with detailed and personalized reports on any home you want to buy. This in turn has helped buyer find issues before buying, and either having the owner correct the issue, or lower their price.
Marisia is very passionate about property and finds it very upsetting to see how clients are taken for a ride by unscrupulous contractors. She has in the past taken on developers to get their entire funding cancelled due to poor and shoddy workmanship which would have left the homeowner with nightmares for years to come.
Having qualified as an ITC Certified Roof Inspector in 2017, she is one of only 40 inspectors in the country to achieve this status, and has inspected from the smallest of properties, to large industrial and commercial properties, and have numerous return clients.
